What to include
- The email address on the account.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Any charge date, receipt amount, activation key issue, or device count that matters.
Billing and refunds
For duplicate charges, trial conversion questions, cancellation help, active-device count issues, or refund requests, include the charge date and amount.
Activation help
For key or device activation issues, include the account email, the device you were activating, and whether you were replacing, revoking, or adding a device.
Security
If you think your account, payment method, or activation key was used without permission, say that clearly in the subject line so it can be handled first.
